Summer Winds is located at the top of an ascending driveway set behind a sliding five-bar gate. Adjacent to the gate is a single garage. On either side of the drive are raised flower beds with lawn and small fruit trees and mature shrubs. To the rear of the property the garden is split level, adjacent to the house and along its length is a patio and up a few steps a small area of mature fruit trees and flowering shrubs, with a small summer house to one side, also enjoying sea views. Planning permission has been granted (2015) for an ARCO2 designed extension to the front of the property to incorporate the bottom bedroom into the main body of the house and at the same time enlarge it and the bedroom above it. Other features within the property include a radon gas pump, satellite dish (four channel) hard wired smoke and heat alarms and individual programmable thermostats in each room which can be connected to the internet if so desired.

To find Summer Winds, follow the A39 from Wadebridge signposted to Bude. After approximately 9 miles turn left on to the B3266 signposted to Boscastle and follow this road for another 6 miles towards Boscastle. Upon entering the top of the village, turn left on to High Street and drive up past the Napoleon Inn. Another 100 yards further on is Paradise Road and the entrance to Summer Winds can be found along on the left hand side. The postcode for satellite navigation is PL35 0BH.
