Standing at the gateway to the Lizard Peninsula which is mainland Britain's most southerly point is the highly desirable town of Helston. The town has a comprehensive range of amenities with an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, public houses and a cinema. Within a short distance is Helston's boating lake, an ideal spot for families offering a café, skate park and play park overlooking the scenic lake. The nearest beach is approximately 2 miles distant at Porthleven, one of Cornwall's most popular historic harbour villages.

To find 3 Meneage Road, follow the A30 main trunk road through Cornwall and turn off left at signs for Redruth. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A3047 and then the third exit at the very next roundabout, continuing on the A3047. Continue straight over the next roundabout and then turn left onto Tolgus Vean/B3300. Take the second exit on the next roundabout and continue to follow the B3300. After approximately 2.3 miles, turn right Buckets Hill which quickly becomes the B3297. Continue to follow the B3297 all the way to Helston, passing over several roundabouts. Turn right onto Trengrouse Way which becomes The Parade. Turn left onto Meneage Street and the property can be found set back along on the left hand side as Meneage Street becomes Meneage Road. The postcode for satellite navigation is TR13 8BQ.
