Trenance Farmhouse, Mawgan Porth

The landing then continues through the property with six bedrooms off, all doubles with wash hand basins and one with built in cupboards. A second bathroom can be found which also has a paneled bath, shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Additionally, the staircase from the utility room leads directly into the bathroom.

The annexe is single storey and is comprised of a double bedroom which leads onto a lounge/dining room with a feature Cornish stone fireplace that has an oak mantel and inset electric wood burner and window seat to the front aspect. Continue on from here into the kitchen which has a range of floor and wall cabinets and integrated electric oven and hob. From here you will find the annexe bathroom complete with bath, wash hand basin and WC.

To the front of Trenance Farmhouse is an enclosed garden, walled and laid to lawn with mature shrub borders, Cornish palm trees and pedestrian gate and path leading to the front door. To the side there is an enclosed fenced and walled lawned garden with pedestrian gate and Cornish stone sun terrace. A path continues around the side of the property to a large storage room, rear porch and graveled driveway providing parking for two vehicles. Services to the property include mains water, electricity, gas and drainage.

The hamlet of Trenance sits on the very edge of Mawgan Porth and enjoys delightful views down the North Cornish coastline towards St. Ives in the distance. Mawgan Porth is a very popular and sought after location in North Cornwall, benefiting from a magnificent sandy beach which is popular with surfers and favoured by bathers alike. Fine dining is available locally at the award winning Scarlets Hotel and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at nearby Watergate Bay, among other highly renowned restaurants and eateries. The Bay provides a range of amenities including a local store, cafes, public house, surf school, gift shops and excellent transport links with Newquay Airport approximately 2 miles distant.
