To find 62 Boyd Avenue, drive towards Padstow on the A389. As you enter the 30 limit zone, take the second turning on your left, Grenville Road, opposite the Tesco store and adjacent to Padstow School. Follow the road as it bears to the right past St Petroc's Meadow and into Boyd Avenue. You will find the property further along on the left hand side.
