At the back right hand side of the room is an open doorway which leads into the kitchen. This is rectangle shaped and is made up of white painted wooden floor and wall units with solid wood work surfaces. There is an electric hob & oven with space beside this for a washer/dryer. There is also space for a dishwasher below the stainless steel sink and further space for a fridge. Other points of interest are the built in shelves and recessed storage cupboard.

At the back of the kitchen is a sliding door which leads through to the bathroom. This is in keeping with the rest of the property and has been recently fitted with a new suite which includes a curved glass shower enclosure with a Mira Sport Electric power shower. There is a pedestal wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and that all important window to add natural light.

If you go back into the kitchen and make your way to the other side there is a door way that leads into the double bedroom. The communal garden can be accessed by the front of the house via the left hand side pathway. Port Isaac is a historic picturesque fishing village, which is well known for its role in the current TV programme 'Doc Martin' as the fictional town of 'Portwenn'. It offers many breathtaking walks across the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall as well as its own beach and harbour. To find The Jolly Boat, turn off the B3314 coast road onto the B3267 signposted Port Isaac. On entering the village, continue along New Road and bare right towards Port Gaverne.
