The town is equal distance from the harbour town of Padstow with all its restaurants and quaint shops and the watersports haven of Rock. The nearest mainline station is Bodmin Parkway which is approximately 15 miles distant as is the nearest airport at Newquay.

 

To find 17 Westcott, leaving Wadebridge town centre proceed along Eddystone Road and at the mini-roundabout turn left and at the next roundabout take the second exit and proceed up West Hill. Proceed over the next mini-roundabout and on your right hand side you will see a turning for Trevanson, proceed along this road for a short distance and turn left into Westcott. Drive straight up Westcott and the property can be found in the right hand side corner as the cul-de-sac bears left. The postcode for satellite navigation is PL27 7HG.
