The only place to start is in the impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe/dressing room. A large room with ample space for a double bed and sofa or chaise lounge, windows and Velux face to the front aspect providing an abundance of light offering some glorious far reaching views across Wadebridge and beyond. The walk-in wardrobe is very handy with a large amount of hanging space and shelving while the en-suite is spacious and stylish. With a slate floor and contrasting wall tiles, the en-suite has crisp white sanitary ware and a glass shower enclosure with a thermostatic shower and chrome controls. The nearest mainline station is Bodmin Parkway which is approximately 15 miles distant as is the nearest airport at Newquay.

To find 10 Keston Gardens, leave Wadebridge town centre and proceed along Eddystone Road. At the mini-roundabout turn left and at the next mini roundabout take the second exit and proceed up West Hill for about ½ a mile. Pass Talmena Avenue on the left and Keston Gardens can be found on the left 100 yards further on. Number 10 can be found in the development on the right hand side.
